Overview maintains a strict no-return policy due to the specialized nature of our products. All sales are considered final upon completion.

In specific cases, may, at its discretion, allow for returns or exchanges. However, once an order is processed or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, alteration, or return.

To safeguard our clientele, all transactions and shipments are meticulously recorded before dispatch.

In the rare occurrence of a product being delivered in a damaged state, we may permit returns. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss potential remedies.

After this period, is under no obligation to offer refunds or exchanges.

Accepted returns will be refunded after deducting shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

For lost shipments, if the carrier (currently USPS) fails to deliver and the delivery confirmation indicates non-delivery, we will resend the order at no additional charge to the customer.

Conversely, if the customer reports the shipment as lost but the delivery confirmation states "delivered," our obligation is considered fulfilled, you will not be eligible for a no-cost reship.


Chargebacks are regarded as serious offenses and potential fraud against our company. A change of mind regarding a product does not justify a chargeback.

Customers who initiate chargebacks will be barred from future purchases.

We urge customers to contact us to resolve any product issues before considering a chargeback.

Uncommunicated chargebacks may lead to legal measures to reclaim the charged-back funds.

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide comprehensive evidence to the financial institution or credit card company to confirm the legitimacy and customer authorization of the transaction.

Should we successfully contest a chargeback, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any related expenses incurred.
