We aim to process all orders Monday through Friday with next-business-day turnaround for orders placed before 5 PM CST. While we work hard to maintain fast fulfillment, occasional delays may occur due to stock availability.
🛑 If a product is on backorder, this will be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated restock date.

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority, and our express option is USPS Priority Express.

🛒 Step-by-Step: Buying Peptides with IDEM

1️⃣ Select IDEM at Checkout
When you’re ready to pay, choose the IDEM payment option during checkout on ResearchChemHQ.

2️⃣ Redirect to IDEM Club Portal
You’ll be automatically redirected to IDEM Club’s secure portal, where the rest of your payment will be completed.

3️⃣ Purchase IDEM Tokens
Use your credit or debit card to purchase IDEM Tokens.
⚠️ These tokens are not cryptocurrency — they’re used solely within the IDEM system for private, secure transactions.

4️⃣ Transfer the Token
Once your token purchase is complete, the portal will guide you to transfer the token to finalize your order. Just follow the on-screen instructions — it’s quick and easy.

5️⃣ Return for Confirmation
After transferring the token, return to the ResearchChemHQ website. You’ll see a confirmation message if your payment went through successfully.

6️⃣ Check Your Email
Look out for a confirmation email with your order details. Be sure to check spam/promotions folders just in case.

⚠️ Common Mistakes & Troubleshooting

Before you checkout, here are a few tips to ensure a smooth payment experience:

🚫 Don’t use prepaid, Discover, or AMEX cards – These are not supported by the IDEM system.

📞 Card declined? You may need to verify the charge – Some banks flag new or unfamiliar online platforms for fraud protection. If your transaction is declined, try calling your card issuer’s fraud department to confirm the charge is legit. This is a standard security measure used to protect you — not a red flag.

🔒 3 Failed Attempts = Temporary Lock – If your payment fails three times in a row, IDEM’s system will temporarily lock your card for security reasons. If that happens, just email the vendor (support@researchchemhq.com) to get it manually unlocked so you can try again.

Important Payment Limit Notice

• Maximum Order Value: The IDEM payment processor has a maximum order limit of $900 USD per transaction. If your cart total exceeds this amount, you must place multiple orders to complete your purchase.
