We aim for next day Processing Mon-Fri for orders placed before 5PM CST. Occasional delays in fulfillment due to stock issues may occur. Products on Backorder will be noted on product page along with estimated receiving date.

Please be aware that our standard shipping method is USPS Priority, while our express shipping option utilizes USPS Priority Express. According to USPS, the expected delivery time for express shipping is the next day, and for standard shipping, it is two days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee these delivery times as USPS does not provide guaranteed delivery dates.

  3. Purchase IDEM Tokens

    • On the IDEM portal, purchase a digital token using your credit or debit card. IDEM Tokens are not cryptocurrency; they are used exclusively within the IDEM Club system for secure and convenient transactions.

  4. Transfer the Token

    • Once your token purchase is complete, you’ll be prompted to transfer the token to finalize your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.

  5. Return for Confirmation

    • After the transfer, return to the ResearchChemHQ site. You should see a confirmation message that your payment was successful.

  6. Check Your Email

    • Please check your email (including spam or promotions folders) for confirmation details regarding your order.
