Your package is protected against damage, loss, or theft while in the USPS delivery systemâup until itâs marked as delivered to your address.
If Your Order Says “Delivered” But You Didn’t Get It đŚâ
If USPS marks your order as “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
Submit a Missing Mail Request through the USPS Missing Mail Portal.
Wait for USPS to process your request and confirm the package was lost or misdelivered.
Once USPS confirms the package was not delivered as intended, your order is eligible for a reshipment or refund through our protection.
Damaged Package? Let Us Know! đđźď¸
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days! Please include photos of the damaged products and packaging so we can quickly help you.
Whatâs Not Covered đŤ
Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Packages marked as delivered with no USPS proof of loss or misdelivery.
Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues that do not involve loss or damage.
How to Make a Claim đ
Submit any claims within 30 days of the ship date.
